LOCATION:

Villa Espada is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. Villa Espada is a fully staffed, ocean-view golf estate built for groups who want space, privacy, and five-star service in one place.

The property has 8 bedrooms with 9 full and 2 half bathrooms, sleeping up to 21 guests. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a smart TV, and six Murphy beds flex the layout for golf foursomes, families, and celebrations.

Every stay is fully staffed and included: a private chef, a personal butler, daily maid service, and villa manager.

Outside, the estate is made for gathering: Two pools (a ground-level pool and a rooftop infinity pool), a 16-person hot tub, and expansive indoor-outdoor living framed by fairway and ocean views, indoor and outdoor Sonos sound system, pool table, and ping-pong table. The estate also includes two complimentary 6-person golf carts, so you can explore Cap Cana at your own pace.

Right outside your door is one of the Caribbean's finest golf experiences: Punta Espada, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course. Cap Cana's second Jack Nicklaus Signature course, Las Iguanas, is a 3-minute cart ride away, with its front nine open now.

Recharge in the private in-house spa: two massage beds, indoor and outdoor showers, and a two-person infrared sauna, with in-house masseuses available by the hour.

Beyond the gate, your villa manager arranges the best of Cap Cana: Eden Roc Beach Club access, Juanillo Beach, the marina's deep-sea fishing and yacht charters, Scape Park's cenotes and zip-lines, tennis, and the El Dorado Water Park. Villa Espada is an ocean-view estate on the golf course — a short cart ride from the beach, not on it.

Access to the exclusive “Caleton Beach Club” at Eden Roc Cap Cana - a Relais & Chateaux hotel with 2 Michelin Keys. Beach club facilities include restaurants and bars ($), swimming pools, and a Blue Flag-certified beach with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and lifeguards. Consumption of food and beverages, gratuities, and the use of other services at the beach club are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the beach club. NOTE: Access is not available for Christmas, New Year, and Easter, and other dates may be subject to availability.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeepers: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
