LOCATION:

Las Palmas Estate is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. A favorite hideaway for discerning travelers and celebrities, this Caribbean paradise features pristine beaches, Punta Espada and the new Las Iguanas championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

Enjoy Juanillo and Api Beach Clubs, gourmet dining, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul water activities, and the renowned equestrian center.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have four 4-passenger and two 6-passenger golf touring carts included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Las Palmas Estate is a rare estate-style retreat combining 3 newly built luxury villas (2025–2026), located side-by-side into one exceptional private escape:

Las Palmas 2 with 8 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, pool, Jacuzzi, games, gym, cinema, and golf carts.

Las Palmas 3 with 10 bedrooms, 10.5 baths, pool, Jacuzzi, games and golf carts.

Las Palmas 4 with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, pool, Jacuzzi, games, and golf carts.

With a total of 24 bedrooms and accommodations for up to 48 guests, Las Palmas Estate is ideal for large families, groups of friends, milestone celebrations, corporate retreats, golf groups and other special getaways where everyone can stay close together while still enjoying plenty of space and privacy.

Each villa offers its own private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, beautifully appointed bedrooms and inviting terraces where you can relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean climate.

Across the estate, you’ll also find an incredible selection of entertainment and leisure amenities, including a private gym, cinema, games and plenty of spaces for your group to gather, dine and unwind.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef x 3: Your private Spanish-speaking chefs will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chefs may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler x 3: The English- and Spanish-speaking butlers will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butlers may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper x 5-6: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villas, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
