Golf Founders 28 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. Golf Founders 28 is your private Caribbean sanctuary, a stunning 7-bedroom ocean- and golf view villa surrounded by swaying palms and lush tropical gardens.

Designed with contemporary elegance and a refined tropical aesthetic, the villa features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, soaring ceilings, handcrafted wood finishes, and large windows that fill the home with natural light.

Outside, enjoy a large private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun deck, shaded lounges, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The 7 spacious bedroom suites offer exceptional comfort and privacy, with luxurious furnishings, spa-inspired ensuite bathrooms, and tranquil garden views. Golf Founders 28 has 7 bedrooms – all with high ceilings and air-conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with balconies, 2 bedrooms downstairs with terraces, and 2 bedrooms in individual guest houses.

Bedroom 1 has 1 King bed, living area, TV, desk & chair, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, and rain shower.

Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen beds, TV, desk & chair, sitting area, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen canopy beds, TV, desk & chair, sitting area, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 has 2 Queen canopy beds, TV, desk & chair, sitting area, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5 (guest bungalow) has 1 King bed, TV, sitting area, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and a freestanding soaking tub.

Bedroom 6 (guest bungalow) has 1 King bed, TV, sitting area, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and a freestanding soaking tub.

Bedroom 7 (Primary) has 1 King bed, TV, closet, balcony with oceanview, and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeepers: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeepers may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have a Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
