LOCATION:

Cayuco 12 is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic.

Cap Cana is an exclusive gated resort community offering 24-hour security and world-class luxury. A favorite hideaway for discerning travelers and celebrities, this Caribbean paradise features pristine beaches, Punta Espada and the NEW Las Iguanas championship golf courses by Jack Nicklaus, and endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure.

NOTE: You’ll have one 4-passenger golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation inside Cap Cana.

THE SPACE:

The villa's spectacular outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, expansive sun decks and terraces, tropical gardens with a mini golf course, and several inviting lounge areas.

The outdoor covered dining- and living area includes an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a wood fired pizza oven. The outdoor living spaces provide the perfect setting for al fresco meals and memorable gatherings.

Inside, contemporary architecture, soaring ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow create bright, elegant living spaces filled with natural light.

The stylish furnishings of the indoor dining room and large living room enhance the villa's sophisticated atmosphere. Upstairs, there is a 2nd living area with TV and dining table.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler will serve drinks, food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeepers: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an Spanish- and English-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
